2. What fireworks are illegal in the City of Sheridan?: All fireworks, including sparklers, are illegal in the City of Sheridan. Any person igniting fireworks in the City are subject to a court citation and subsequent penalties and fines.

The sale of fireworks is allowed in the unincorporated parts of Arapahoe County adjacent to the City. However the sale and possession of ALL fireworks in the City is prohibited.
