Requirements
Any construction or capital improvement a half acre or more in size shall complete a Stormwater Quality Management Plan 45 days prior to construction, unless otherwise required by the public works superintendent.

There is a $500 application fee for the required permit and a $50 re-inspection fee for code violations or noncompliance. Design criteria is based off the Urban Drainage Flood Control District, Volume 3.

You may pick up a permit application at the General Government window in the Sheridan Municipal Center, 4101 South Federal Boulevard, or download the Stormwater Quality Permit Application here in a PFD format.

After you complete the application, return it to the General Government window at the Municipal Center.
