The City of Sheridan’s Planning and Zoning Department has received a request for a neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed rezoning at 3750 S. Federal Boulevard (Bonsai Nursery).
Due to current health department regulations, the City of Sheridan’s Municipal Center is closed to the public. A link to this electronic meeting will be posted on the City’s website at https://www.ci.sheridan.co.us/ no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting. This property is currently zoned BUS-1 (Business), and the applicant is interested in rezoning the property to MXC (Mixed-Use Commercial) to allow for the development of approximately 164 apartments.
Prior to the submission of a formal application, the applicant is required to conduct a neighborhood meeting and invite all residents and property owners within 300 feet of the property.
If a formal application is submitted to the City after this neighborhood meeting, there will be public hearings at both Planning Commission and City Council. You will also receive notice of these hearings.
