It is with deepest condolences from the City of Sheridan, to share the passing of Council Member Dave Black. We would like to thank Council Member Black for his dedication to the City of Sheridan and his passion for helping the homeless. Council Member Black was first elected to serve the City of Sheridan in 2015. He will be greatly missed by all.
